About Us

ArthroCare was founded in California, USA in 1993; its Global headquarters are located in Austin, Texas. ArthroCare also has operations in Costa Rica, Sweden, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Austria, Switzerland, Scandinavia and Australia, the company employs more than 1,000 people worldwide.

ArthroCare products have been sold in Australia for many years and during this time have gained a market leading reputation for innovative surgical products and cutting edge technology, particularly as the originators of (radio frequency) RF Coblation and Multi-Electrode Technology^TM. In 2006 ArthroCare (Australasia) Pty Ltd became a wholly-owned subsidiary of ArthroCare Corporation; thereby bringing increased focus towards the marketing and distribution of all ArthroCare products, including ArthroCare Sports Medicine, ArthroCare ENT, and ArthroCare Spine.
